[Homework-Student-Feature] Use the saved completions time to generate stats and averages

Who: Students
Where: In the block for the homework feed
What: There should be a page, a modal, or a section in the homework feed where students can look at their time taken for completing homework. Then, based on page count, video length and/or word count of the completed homework, other modules and materials should have an estimated time to complete. There might be a default estimation based on average reading speed.
DB: Completions table, and page count/video length from the material tables
