Improves SDK developer experience (#102)

* feat: added source caching, improved ux for sdk, fixed source hashing reproducibility

* feat: add cross-platform sandboxed artifact comment

Added a comment for cross-platform sandboxed artifact in the artifact module. Also, refactored the get_context function in the config module to remove redundant return statement for improved code clarity.
