This is a proposed code of conduct for the AMReX Astro project. It is essentially the Astropy Community Code of Conduct (https://www.astropy.org/code_of_conduct.html) which is the same code of conduct that the yt project uses (https://yt-project.org/doc/developing/developing.html#yt-community-code-of-conduct)
The only modifications I made are to reference our project instead of Astropy, and change the bullet about "remaining silent", to say: "We will take action when members of our community violate this code such as contacting senior members of the organization (all discussions will be treated with the strictest confidence) or talking privately with the person." instead of emailing a "confidental@" email address, since we currently do not have a domain for such mailing lists.
