Fixes - #47

Blockchain Changes

• Optimized result calculators
• Fixed CCIP vulnerability

Removed the ElectionFactory address as a parameter, as it could be manipulated by different users to drain CCIP tokens on our CCIP contract by creating cross-chain transactions to their own contracts.

• Added CCIP to elections only if the election pays with Link tokens, making cross-chain votes accessible to elections that fund the CCIP contract with Link tokens

Integrated the following into the voting system on Front-end:

Frontend Changes

• Added changes for funding CCIP sender contract with 25 Link tokens
• Added a clipboard feature to copy and share election URL
• Refactored CCIP-related code in other sections
