This pull request refactors the
sound_emitter.dmfile to improve the volume control and sound duration. The changes include adjusting the extra range and volume settings for thesoundrock/foxybar/hottubsound loop entry. Additionally, theon_enteredproc in thesnappoptoy item has been modified to only trigger when a living entity steps on it.
