THIS PR IS JUST A TEST DO NOT FREAK OUT MY GITHUB DIVERS

This PR disables all beneficial plants from spawning in the wastes, this is to push people to interact with other players instead of just sprinting out into the wastes to cure all their issues (food, healing, etc)
