Add 'greentea-client' module by name for Greentea > 0.2.0 usage

Changes:

  • Add checks for greentea-client module itself.
  • If current yotta module name is greentea-client we require usage of greentea version >= v0.2.0.
  • Added unit tests to cover this scenario.
