Other than number 4 (which is similar to #245), the rest deal with vehicles/editing of incidents

Number 5: @hellopanda128 I tested it but could not recreate the problem. I was first prompted to change caller number to 8 digits, but after changing to a valid caller number I found another bug. edit-i (and other command parsers as well) should check for irrelevant prefixes. else there would be null pointer.

Number 6: pending reply. Idk what the comment means, i suppose the suggestion is to alw convert user input of v type to the correct case, which is resolved alr.

Number 7: pending reply

Number 8: invalid input for vehicle number, resolved alr.

Number 9: I tested, and edit-v 0 appears to be handled alr.
