Update of Mockup UI and ReadME.md: #11
The current ReadME.md does not explain how HR Insights functions and looks like.
Hence, I have added a new Mockup UI for HR Insight and also changed the text to explain the basic functionalities.
This is in line with the project task that requires us to update our ReadME.md to fit the description of our project.
