Feedback Steps: Added a feedback mechanism at the end of the chat to rate the experience and provide comments.
Custom Icon: Updated the chatbot icon with a placeholder image (you can replace the src with the path to your actual icon).
These features will enhance the interactivity and usability of your chatbot.
