A lot of changes in this PR:

  • Setup prool properly so anvil runs
  • Refactor _sendTransaction to a separate sendTransactionInternal function for better testability (thank you ES6)
  • Add tests for sendTransactionInternal
  • Add tests for sendTransaction
  • Add tests for sendTransactionBatch
