HDR ExposureFusion - Stable

HDR Exposure Fusion v 1.2.0

This is the first release - build, which is stable process HDR in-device

Major Changes

1. Camera 2 API support to capture Multi Exposure images
2. Optimised HDR output - Enhancement include the better handling of several light condition
3. Code is refactored to ease the understandability of the code
