Fix path

The changes include the following:

• Setting project root path in workflow to allow using relative paths when importing modules.
• Added a step to test champion model before build job.
• Added a step to setup feast to be the source of training data.
• Sourced parameters in Feast define_feature.py from config module.
• Bumped pillow from 10.1.0 to 10.2.0.
• Updated documentation.
