Debug mode had a convenience to mount the local
proposalspath so local changes would be reflected there. But because that file path also has platform-dependent files likebetter_sqlite3.nodeit would sometimes fail.This stops that behavior and updates some help text to suggest alternatives.
It also bumps execa to fix a problem encountered while debugging,
b:enable-orchestrationagoric-sdk#10027
