Customer_Attrition

This is a hackathon hosted by Hacker-Earth titled 'Predict the employee attrition rate in organizations'

Problem Statement

Employees are the most important part of an organization. Successful employees meet deadlines, make sales, and build the brand through positive customer interactions.Employee attrition is a major cost to an organization and predicting such attritions is the most important requirement of the Human Resources department in many organizations. In this problem, your task is to predict the attrition rate of employees of an organization.

Evaluation

Submissions are evaluated using Accuracy and Root Mean Squared Error score.

Necessary Files

This repository contains 3 files:

1. Training and testing csv files.
2. Solution File (.ipynb)

The Attrition Rate of the Employee was predicted using various algorithm such as Linear Regression, SVM, KNN, DT,RF etc. Also, hyper-parameter optimization is applied wherever required. The overall score comes out to be 81.365%.
