General Support Request

duplicate release found v 3.0.1 -> fatal: tag 'v3.1.0' already exists

Possible Solution

Need to apply fix outlined on documentation

https://semantic-release.gitbook.io/semantic-release/support/troubleshooting#reference-already-exists-error-when-pushing-tag

or maybe this

https://semantic-release.gitbook.io/semantic-release/support/troubleshooting#release-not-found-release-branch-after-git-push-force
