Minor release to fix a REST API bug

Update procedure

Use pip install --upgrade netbox-data-flows then /opt/netbox/netbox/manage.py migrate netbox_data_flows in your NetBox venv or run NetBox's upgrade.sh, and restart NetBox

Compatibility

NetBox: >=3.5.0
Python: 3.8
