This release was created before the submission of the paper. With respect to the previous version, the data contained in the spreadsheets changed slightly as a result of a re-assessment of survey errors. One script was added to calculate vertical land motions from Common Era sea level data in a different, probably more consistent, way. The older script is kept in the same folder.
