We ask to access the following information and permissions, so we can provide you with a better experience.

We are super serious about your data and your privacy. So we will never, ever share any of your personal information without your explicit agreement.

Network communication

The application requires network access to connect to Alfresco OnPremise or Alfresco Cloud servers. We also need access to networks information ie.detect if the device use a mobile (3G, 4G...) or Wifi networking.

Storage

The application saved (sync or download) files from Alfresco OnPremise or Alfresco Cloud servers. To persist them the applications requires storage permission.

System tools

Starting from Alfresco Android 1.5 it's possible to install shortcut from the application to the HomeScreen Device.

Your accounts & Sync settings

This set of permission adds Alfresco to the list of accounts on your phone/tablet, just like with Google, Facebook or Twitter. In the background, we can synchronise all of your favorite document and other data from your user account.
