Changelog reformat, add changelog blurb for 2.93.

2.93's changelog got to be quite a mess, so I've recategorized it and sorted it. It is the longest changelog of any MZX version (nearly 400 pre-wrapped lines), so I've subdivided it into several sections and summarized most to make it less overwhelming.
