Replace non-versioned content with redirects to 0.95 pages

This removes the unversioned pages that are holdovers from before `mike` was installed. To avoid breaking links, they are replaced with HTML redirects that point into the `0.95` subdirectory. `0.95` was chosen instead of `latest` because we don't want these legacy links to break in the future when `latest` is updated.
