Get some stats about the video quality.

This is still work in progress.

The idea is to load behavioral video, compute sharpness, pixel value distribution, edges, etc to assess video quality.

This:

1. Needs to be in AIND schema to be saved in json file.
2. Sue Su and Matt Becker are already working on similar metrics so, this capsule may be merged with their pipeline.
