LayeredFS work around

This update changes the way the EXP Multiplier works, which prevents a crash upon trying to change areas or scenes when used in combo with the NovaSun and UmbraMoon LayeredFS mods.

At this time the EXP Multiplier should not be used in combo with these mods on consequence of crashing the game until the cause can be discovered.
