Instructions on making this work

run yarn or yarn install to install npm dependencies
run yarn test to verify all tests still pass
go to https://codesandbox.io/s/accounts-create-endowment-forked-jd2vdz which uses the most recently deployed endowment multisig contracts
click "create endowment"
verify endowment is successfully created
