#Pipeline Installation To Install the CosmoPipe Pipeline, simply run the script: COSMOPIPE_MASTER_INSTALL.sh

The script contains a number of default parameters, however these can all be modified post-facto in the configure.sh file. It is not integral that they be modified at the pipeline installation stage.
