This is a fork of the "Cloud" Sphinx theme by Eli Colins. The orignal theme seems to be no longer maintained, but can be found at
https://foss.heptapod.net/doc-utils/cloud_sptheme
The fork has been update to work with the newest version of Sphinx and Python.
