Adds a context menu that allows the user to select which transport options will be allowed when downgrading:

Updates the availableTransports based on the user's selections:

"availableTransports":[{"transferFormats":["Text"],"transport":["WebSockets"]},{"transferFormats":["Text","Binary"],"transport":["LongPolling"]}]
