What is this fixing or adding?
Adds link between player trackers in the hints table. Based on this small suggestion in Discord. I felt this was a small QoL update that I also personally wanted, so I added it.

Did not add this to the multitracker as I felt that is likely less useful and would just be a lot, but would be just as easy to add there if wanted.
How was this tested?
Made a small 2 player game with hints.
If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
