New features:
- added Poll-Command
- the database system now uses Apache ConnectionPools
Note:
If you have tested PR #4 before, it is possible that an old database structure causes problems. To fix this type deletepolls in the console. This will delete all database tables for polls and terminate the bot. When you restart, the new tables will be created.
