CameraPermission

1. Users click the button "Click to start recording".
   
2. The permission request is displayed with three options.
   
3. If and only if when user choose "Allow",the camera start recording.
   
4. At the beginning of recording, a prompt "Please put the tablet beside you just like the blogger " with option "OK".
