Added boundary force computation and more #61

This PR includes major improvements for:

boundary force computations using momentum transfer method
handling of stl (or mesh) geometries for assigning BCs
handling of non-mesh boundary conditions in the interior of the domain
fixed syntax error in Warp for scenarios where bc list is empty (mysterious perf issue remains when bc list is empty)
