Updates wilc wifi driver with new patch to resolve build issues of 2024.1 for the Ultra96 board. Copied changes from previous patch and fixed references to renamed structures and functions.
Updated wilc firmware recipe.
Later versions of the wifi driver had issues with connecting, the version used here reliably connects.
