This PR removes the files and directories related to Azure Monitor Agent.
update()creates a marker file to indicate to not remove the directory/var/opt/microsoft/azuremonitoragent/prior touninstall(). Ifuninstall()is called without anupdate()call prior then/var/opt/microsoft/azuremonitoragent/is included in the removal.
