See pipeline history here: https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build?definitionId=7179&_a=summary

This pipeline has been failing since October 11th.

The error message is the following:

Status Message: The maximum limit for accounts per region in this
| subscription has been exceeded. Please delete unused accounts and try
| again. (Code:AccountsLimitExceeded)

This was a blocker for me to be able to use this pipeline to validate changes in #46637

Hi @m-redding , we have raised a PR to fix it from the service side. To unblock your testing, we'll hotfix the issue in production.

@m-redding , we have hot fixed the issue and tests are passing now - https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build/results?buildId=4338069&view=results. I tried running it on the PR itself, but there's a merge conflict blocking the pipeline run.

Ok awesome thanks so much for the quick fix! I just fixed the conflict and re-started the pipeline.
