Version of all published Nugets has been updated to 1.30 (with exception to Elasticsearch output, which was already at 2.x, so it became 2.3.0) to account for the fact that EventFlow assemblies are not strong name-signed anymore and make it easier to roll back to previous package version if that is causing issues.
