Overview
The Brain Cell Data Center partners with the BICCN consortia members, the NeMO archive and the Broad Institute to make available cloud-native pipelines and a cloud computing environment for analyzing BICCN molecular data. The Brain Cell Data Center uses this environment for activities around our data operations and makes available data and pipelines in an open environment so others may replicate or improve on this work. This wiki overviews the BICCN data access through NeMO into Terra.
