Description

Moves from SS13.dm Spawners to F13lootdrop spawners.
Thanks LetterN
Makes dead rodent have a 98% chance to spawn in hospital.
Adds Pens to the NCR Base.
Adds Recycler building to Klamath.
Adds NCR radio headsets to NCR Armory.
Adds Gutsies to Gunshop.
Removes Metal/Glass from Gunshop.
Vault door pixel x pixel y adjusted.
Metal Walls around the vault door now indestructible, you can reenact the fallout 2 intro cinematic.

Motivation and Context

Better Loot Variation
Makes Brainwash disk less constantly abused, and still something that lingers to spice things up on occasion.
It appears initialization has been sped up drastically too.

speedmerge, super cool idea and good change. just one thing can you make it a 0.1% chance that necrotic revival will spawn in hospital 😜
