Lors du build, le script essaie de déterminer le fichier fimoct le plus récent d'après la liste des ressources disponibles sur data.gouv.
Cette étape renvoie le mauvais fichier car l'information "published" n'est plus disponible dans les meta de la ressource.
Cette PR change le propriété utiliser pour déterminer le plus récent : la date de mise à jour (last_modified)
La dernière révision de fimoct est celle de janvier 2023.
Attention, La production de ce fichier est arrêté
