About The Pull Request

Adds a tutorial system to the game, accessible from the lobby screen. The tutorial system is entirely isolated from the main game.
Why It's Good For The Game
One of the main issues of the Game is that learning how to play for the first time is really hard if you don't have a friend.
If you want to start playing alone you'll have to read a huge kinda outdated wiki.
A tutorial that shows you how to do stuff and then makes you do it would make this learning eassier.
