About The Pull Request
Adds some protections to click intercepts, which previously would happilly allow you to sleep causing a whole host of issues.
Fixes telepathy being able to target non-mobs.
Why It's Good For The Game
Targetted actions which sleep will no longer produce strange issues which result in the user clicking on a target that they may no longer be able to see.
