PHP MMVC ‐ Scenario
What is the purpose of this?
PHP MMVC Scenario
When a web application contains several modules (or sub-applications/features), it grows in size. As a result, the more modules you include in your program, the more difficult it is to separate and manage the code.
What is the key to resolving this?
The aforementioned problem may be solved by developing application modules individually, without any direct dependencies on each other or the core application code.Developers should always use a modular system in which bigger components may be readily maintained individually over time. Once each module is ready for integration,it may be plugged into the main program with little to no modification.
In summary, utilizing areas, the structure of a complicated PHP MVC application may be readily maintained. The idea behind this is to allow us to divide a huge complicated program into multiple little portions known as regions.
These locations may have their own set of: 1. Models 2. Views 3. Controllers 4. Routes .............. 5. etc
Advantages of this technique
This method is incredibly beneficial for product development. Using this strategy, each module for the product may be designed and delivered individually. This aids in the development of several product versions such as basic, professional, premium, and enterprise. It also allows product developers to achieve the necessary separation.
Create separate installers with the necessary functionality for each version. A master installation that can only install defined features based on the licensing key entered during installation, or any other configuration that necessitates the modular separation approach.
