how to use

if you want to use this:

• download the files and save them somewhere
• copy the video you want to convert and put it in the same folder as the code
• fill in the values in config.py
• install the libraries (pip install Pillow, pip install cv2)
• run main.py
• once it's finished, enjoy your video :D
