Correcting the following bugs in password reset links calculation :

Missing role members when role is set to a group instead of a user (resulting in false positive links)
Correcting the roles for which admins can reset the password based on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/permissions-reference#password-reset-permissions and some tests
Missing $PWResetRight (duplicate of Fix missing $PWResetRight #18 )
