Skips date and CD check.
Removes startup delay (woncomm.lst check).
Unlock all display resolutions (widescreen support).
Fix for fullscreen mode (OpenGL).
Reads offsets off of "dxgi.ini" based on the version of the game.

Place dll and ini file in the same folder as hl.exe.
