History

Jet Brawley bot started as a closed source project by the owner Joe, but soon, due to the major changes of the Discord API as well as the Supercell Game API, we couldn't keep up with the pace and eventually abandoned (not maintaining) the bot for quite some time to take a break, meanwhile, we have considered to shut down the bot because we have lost the interest on both the game and the development of the bot. Luckily enough, we didn't, and eventually put some effort onto fixing and reworking the bot.

Wonder why we turn this project into an open source ? Here's why:

• To help others to understand how things work
• Most importantly, we love open source

• Some commands/functions may not be open source, or not available
• API keys are not provided
• Setup guide isn't & will not be provided
• We don't give support regarding to the setup/modified version of this project
• The source code in this repository is very similar to the Jet Brawley but not 100% the same

Contributing

Contributions are always welcome, changes that don't make sense will not be accepted. We'd accept bug fixes & feature implementations that are clearly related to the intention of Jet Brawley bot.
