Tunes the CUP UK Vz.59 LMG recoil down a notch in order to make it more palatable when firing from a standing unsupported position.
Original values for comparison:
muzzleOuter[] = {0.71,1.22,0.77,0.32};
kickBack[] = {0.026,0.064};
temporary = 0.005;
permanent = 0.2;
