Turns out I had Local Color Table parsing backwards. Now it's the right way around.

Desktop Ready

Fixes FilePhoenix not starting/crashing when run from the desktop.

Also replaces the feature where modules would be loaded from the same directory as the exe.
Instead, pass the directories to search as command line arguments.

It's out!

After three years in development, hopefully, it'll have been worth the wait.(tm)
