Release v0.16.1 - YouTube fix

• Fix YouTube songs play (#4).
• Maybe add track number to metadata when downloading (only when downloading a whole album, because the number is not provided by the API...)
• Update links of about screens

Release 1.16.0

This is my first release of BlackHole so expect some bugs!

Note that there are some regressions in the app because some packages' forks with bug fixes used by the app have been removed by the original owner.
