…. Currently it is pulling the name of the python file. Manually setting the app name to be correct. This allows the shorting of the path construction as the appname is already in the path.
…here are none will cause the program to crash. Occured during testing.

Running "python my_design.py" resulted in an immediate crash on Arch Linux. Fix is related to Linux not being able to pull the Windows Local App Data environment variable and being able to use that path without crashing the application.
