Problem
Some comments have been left on usdot-jpo-ode#59 that need to be addressed.
Solution
A couple of log statements have been generalized & a comment has been added regarding the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS env var.
Testing
The program has been verified to compile with these changes.
